I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the staff were extremely helpful, especially the lady at the reception who went out of her way to assist me with my delayed baggage. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and warm, with a comfortable bed and a very good bathroom. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, being near the center of interest.
Access to the hotel could be improved.
